FoxChat User Agreement

The FoxChat User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”; FoxChat hereinafter referred to as the “App”) is a legal agreement entered into between the user and FoxChat with respect to the user’s registration, login, and use of the relevant services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before use. Once the user registers, logs in, accesses, or uses the App, the user shall be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept all contents of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

• The App is a platform that provides instant messaging services and supports communication between users in the form of text, images, voice, video, and other formats;
• FoxChat may upgrade and optimize the service content from time to time, and the user acknowledges and accepts the same;
• If the user does not agree to the contents of this Agreement, the user shall immediately cease using the App.

2. Account Registration and Use

• The user is required to register an account using an email address and set a secure password;
• The registration information shall be true and accurate, and registration using another person’s email address is prohibited;
• The user is responsible for properly safeguarding account information and passwords;
• FoxChat shall not be liable for any disclosure or loss of account information caused by the user’s own reasons;
• If any abnormal use or account theft is discovered, please contact the official email address in a timely manner.

3. User Code of Conduct

The user shall not use the App to engage in any of the following acts:

• Sending or publishing illegal or non-compliant content;
• Impersonating others or publishing false information;
• Infringing upon the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others;
• Disseminating advertisements, spam, viruses, or malicious links;
• Interfering with the normal operation, security, or stability of the platform.

If any of the above acts occur, FoxChat shall have the right to suspend services, freeze or deregister the account, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigations.

4. Information Content Management

• The user shall bear sole responsibility for content generated through the App;
• FoxChat shall have the right to review, process, or delete illegal or non-compliant information;
• The user authorizes FoxChat, within the scope permitted by law, to use user-generated data for the purpose of product optimization or security maintenance.

5. Intellectual Property Statement

• The trademarks, name, interface, program code, and other elements of the App are owned by FoxChat or its partners;
• Without authorization, no person may copy, reproduce, disseminate, or use the same for commercial purposes;
• The intellectual property rights in user-generated content shall belong to the user, but the user agrees that FoxChat may process such content within the legally permitted scope of use.

6. Disclaimer

• FoxChat shall not be liable for service interruptions or information loss caused by force majeure events or reasons not attributable to FoxChat;
• FoxChat does not make any warranty with respect to interactions or conduct between users, and shall not bear any related liability;
• FoxChat does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from defects, but will continue to optimize product quality.

7. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

• FoxChat may amend the contents of this Agreement at any time and provide update notices within the App;
• Continued use by the user after such updates shall be deemed as acceptance;
• If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, FoxChat shall have the right to terminate all services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States; in the event of any dispute, the parties shall first resolve it through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the local court for litigation.
