📃 FoxChat User Agreement ​

Effective Date: October 25, 2025

Welcome to FoxChat. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you and us regarding your use of the FoxChat app and its services.

By registering, logging in, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

1. Service Description ​

  • FoxChat is an instant messaging platform that allows users to communicate via text, images, voice, and video;
  • We may update or improve services from time to time;
  • If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Account Registration & Use ​

  • Users must register an account using a valid email address and set a secure password;
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of your email and password;
  • You shall not use someone else’s email to register;
  • FoxChat is not liable for any losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure;
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

3. User Conduct ​

You agree not to use FoxChat to:

  • Post or transmit illegal or prohibited content;
  • Impersonate others or distribute false information;
  • Infringe upon others’ privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights;
  • Distribute spam, ads, malware, or phishing links;
  • Harm system security or interfere with platform operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules and may report unlawful activities to authorities.

4. Content and Data Management ​

  • You are solely responsible for the content you create or transmit;
  • We reserve the right to review, block, or delete illegal or harmful content;
  • You grant us permission to process your content within legal limits to maintain and improve our services.

5. Intellectual Property ​

  • All trademarks, app interface, code, and related materials belong to us or our partners;
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission;
  • You retain ownership of content you create, but we may use it as needed to support functionality and safety.

6. Disclaimer ​

  • We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or failures caused by events beyond our control;
  • We are not liable for disputes or actions between users;
  • We do not guarantee perfect service but will strive to improve continuously.

7. Modifications & Termination ​

  • We may update this Agreement at any time with notice in the app;
  • Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms;
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate the Agreement.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution ​

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States.
  • In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court located at 1312 17th Street, Suite 890, Denver, CO 80202, USA for litigation.
