Membership Agreement ​

Effective Date: The date on which the user becomes a member.
This Membership Agreement governs the rights and obligations of users when utilizing FoxChat Membership and translation-related premium features (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Services”).

Article 1. Membership Benefits ​

Members may enjoy the following benefits, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time translation of chat messages
  • Automatic detection and conversion of multilingual content
  • Group translation, voice-to-text transcription, AI-assisted expression enhancement (while available)
  • Occasional member-exclusive events or digital perks

Specific benefits are subject to in-app information. FoxChat may reasonably adjust the contents of membership benefits in accordance with product evolution.

Article 2. Membership Validity Period ​

The membership validity period corresponds to the subscription cycle.
It becomes effective once payment is successful and activation is displayed, and it ends at the conclusion of the corresponding cycle.

Article 3. Membership Account Usage ​

  1. Membership qualifications are limited to the subscribing individual and may not be rented, transferred, shared, or resold.
  2. Any attempt to bypass subscription mechanisms, crack, replicate, or misuse membership benefits will result in immediate termination of membership.

Article 4. Privacy and Data Security ​

  • FoxChat employs MPC (Multi-Party Computation) technology, does not store private keys, and cannot access user assets.
  • Text and voice data processed during translation or interaction features are handled under model computation and secure transmission policies, in full compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 5. Disclaimer ​

FoxChat assumes no liability for:

  • Delays caused by network issues, blockchain congestion, or computational fluctuations
  • Information leaks resulting from user actions
  • Service adjustments or interruptions resulting from changes in regulatory policies

Article 6. Termination and Rights Revocation ​

If a user is found engaging in violations, attacks, misuse, fraud, money laundering, or similar misconduct, FoxChat reserves the right to terminate membership at any time without refund.
