Effective Date: The date on which the user first subscribes.
Welcome to the FoxChat Translation Service. This Automatic Subscription Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) governs the automatic renewal behavior associated with the FoxChat translation subscription plan (hereinafter referred to as “Subscription Service”).
Please read and fully understand this Agreement before subscribing. By checking or clicking “Start Free Trial / Subscribe”, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
Article 1. Service Description
The Subscription Service provides periodic translation functionalities within FoxChat, billed through in-app digital assets. These include—but are not limited to—instant multilingual translation and chat translation.
The billing unit is monthly, and the specific price and benefits are subject to the information displayed on the subscription page.
Article 2. Authorization for Automatic Renewal
To ensure service continuity, you authorize FoxChat to automatically deduct the corresponding subscription fee from your account balance and renew your subscription based on the cycle and price you selected, prior to the expiration of the current subscription period.
Automatic renewal will deduct fees from your available FoxChat balance (FoxFire). If your balance is insufficient, the automatic renewal will fail, and the service will terminate accordingly.
Article 3. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
You may disable automatic renewal at any time before the end of the subscription period.
Cancellation Path:
FoxChat App → Settings → Subscription Center → Disable Automatic Renewal.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current cycle ends.
After cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
Article 4. Billing and Price Adjustments
FoxChat reserves the right to adjust subscription prices according to operational strategies. Price changes will take effect in the next subscription period and will not affect the current paid cycle.
If a price adjustment occurs, FoxChat will notify you in advance via an in-app announcement. You may then choose to continue or disable automatic renewal.
Article 5. Service Suspension and Termination
FoxChat may suspend or terminate automatic renewal and Subscription Service under the following circumstances:
- Violation of this Agreement or related terms of use;
- Abnormal payment asset sources, suspected fraud, or illegal activities;
- Service unavailability due to policies, regulatory changes, blockchain network issues, or force majeure.
Article 6. Disclaimer
FoxChat is an MPC non-custodial wallet. It does not store private keys or control users’ assets. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their key shards and backups.
Users shall bear all risks and losses arising from device loss, backup errors, or personal misuse.
Translation results may be affected by model behavior, context, and language characteristics. FoxChat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation output.
