How to Delete Your Account?

I. Account Deletion Process

If you need to delete your FoxChat account, please follow these steps:

1. Open FoxChat on your mobile phone and go to the main interface;
2. Click on "My Profile" in the bottom right corner and find "Account & Security";
3. After entering the "Account & Security" page, select "Delete Account";
4. The system will display relevant information and reminders about account deletion, please read carefully;
5. After confirming that you understand all deletion notices, click "Confirm Deletion" to submit your request.

II. Account Deletion Requirements

To delete your account, all of the following conditions must be met. If any of these conditions are not met, you will not be able to initiate the deletion process:

1. The account is not suspended;
2. The account is not banned;
3. The account is not involved in other security risks;

III. Important Notice

Account deletion is irreversible. Please carefully confirm before submitting your request. Once the deletion takes effect, the following will occur:

1. The account will no longer be able to log in or use FoxChat and related services. All login methods associated with the account (such as email, third-party accounts, etc.) will be removed;
2. All personal information in the account (such as nickname, avatar, binding information, etc.), historical messages, and related interaction records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered;
3. If the account has unused benefits and assets (such as Fox Fire, in-platform assets, etc.), they will automatically become invalid after deletion and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
