Unlike Web3 wallets, My Balance is a custodial asset dedicated to in-app activities inside the FoxChat ecosystem—red packets, friend-to-friend transfers, and more.
Follow the procedures below to deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency safely and efficiently.
I. Deposit Crypto into FoxChat Balance

| 4 | Pick the currency; FoxChat auto-generates a deposit address + QR code. |
| 5 | Send the chosen coin from your external wallet to the displayed address. |

- Match the network (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.) to the one in your external wallet—wrong network = permanent loss.
- Double-check the address before confirming the transfer.
- Deposits need on-chain confirmations; speed depends on network congestion—please be patient.
II. Withdraw Crypto from FoxChat Balance
